medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted and cut up
Ground nutmeg

  • 1 Place milk, yogurt and peach in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
