containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Thick 'n Creamy® vanilla low-fat yogurt

cup chai tea latte mix (from 10-oz package)

cup milk
Ground nutmeg, if desired

Directions

  • 1 In blender or food processor, place all ingredients except nutmeg.
  • 2 Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle individual servings with a dash of nutmeg.
