This is the best recipe ever! I've made this at least four times this month because my husband can't get enough of it. I did change a few things. I used splenda and I added a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter and peaches. Once I used fat free milk and another time I used the pear juice that the can peaches were in. Both times it turned out great. I'm going to try this with Apples.

This is by far the best and easiest peach cobbler I have ever made or tasted. I doubled the recipe and used canned peaches in lite syrup with this recipe. being able to use canned peaches is the bomb. It was a HUGE success with my family. The only thing I did different, was bake it 1hour and 20 minutes to get a lavish brown crunchy crust on top which also insured the bottom crust would be completely done. I can see now, we will have this desert a lot more often.

This recipe is perfect! The only thing I will do differently when I do it again, is leave the juice in the peaches and add just a bit more Bisquick (1/4 C) to absorb it. And maybe add a tablespoon or two of sugar to the batter to make it a bit sweeter. But that's only to give it a more personal touch. I can easily see this recipe working well with any fruit, frozen or canned. I think I may try frozen mixed berries next time :D Wonderful!
