cup creamy peanut butter

cup packed brown sugar

cups Original Bisquick® mix

cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)

cup chopped macadamia nuts
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix peanut butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir in brown sugar until combined. Add Bisquick mix, chocolate chips and nuts, stirring just until moistened. Dough will be crumbly.
  2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly.
  3. Bake about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
