Enjoy a sweet way to get PB & J! A box of cake mix and frosting from a container make it super easy.

I hate baking but these are so easy to make that I have picked up a new hobby.... Instead of putting the jelly on top I put it inside the cupcake so when you take a bite you also get the jelly...jusl like a PB&J sandwich!!! They're a hit with my family...

I made this and they came out great. although I skipped the jelly and covered the peanutbutter frosting w/ chocolate ganache. It tasted like a Reese's peanut butter cup-cake :O)

absolutely delicious! I put the jelly on with a spoon at the last minute before I served the cupcakes. Everyone loved them and wanted the recipe.

These cupcakes and frosting had a great peanut butter flavor, perfect for any PB lover! :-) I tried putting a bit of grape jelly in the middle of the cupcake before baking, like one of the reviewers suggested... DON'T bother :-( it sunk right to the bottom of the cake :-( Still tastes great, but the bottom fell right out. Next time I'm going to inject the cupcake with some jelly AFTER baking, I'm sure it'll work better. I'll review it again when I do. :-)

The cupcakes come out better if you use plain white cake mix and peanut butter icing- both cake and icing with peanut butter in them are way too rich, and it just sticks to your mouth. Also, fill the cupcakes half full, put in a spoon of jelly, and then a thin layer of cake mix ontop of that before baking.

It''s even better with jelly in the middle of the cupcake.
