Patriotic Pancakes

Ingredients

cups Original Bisquick® mix
2
tablespoons sugar
2
tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
1
cup milk
2
eggs
1
tablespoon red food color
Whipped cream
Fresh blueberries

  • 1 In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and eggs until well combined. Stir in food color until blended.
  • 2 Spray griddle with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges begin to bubble. Turn; cook until pancakes are set.
  • 3 Serve pancakes topped with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
