No rolling is needed for this crust! Use it for pies that have only a bottom crust. Try it for Pumpkin Pie as well as for pie crusts that are baked before being filled.

Love this pie crust recipe it is perfect for 1 crust pies. It is a snap to make this is always the crust I use when making Pumpkin Pie which just went in the oven. I recommend it.
