The jar of sauce was very nice, but I thought a 1/4 C. of olives was way too much. The flavor was so strong that I'd cut it down by at least half. I also don't like a lot of heat in my sauce, so I only sprinkled a little bit of the red pepper flakes, not the prescribed amount. I probably would not make this again.
