A delightful dish based on the Italian classic, with low-fat ingredients and healthy vegetables added.

I didn't care for the texture of the sauce and I found it to be rather bland. I'd skip it.

I forgot to add that authentic carbonara also doesn't have milk. Three eggs will make a nice sauce for it.

This was good, however, authentic carbonara is better. To make that leave out the yogurt and use 3 eggs instead of 1. It is so much better that way. I like that is has spinach instead of romaine which is how I make my B.L.T. carbonara. This way is more healthier. I add more spinach and the kids don't ever care that it is there.

This did not come out creamy like the picture. It tasted ok but I will not make again.

The recipe was fantastic. It was easy to make and I served it to six people and they all loved it. My husband is not much of a noodle lover but he sure loved this dish-I did double the recipe and I did add more bacon because we love bacon, I highly recommend it.

This pasta was absolutely delicious. The only thing I changed was I added a little bit more bacon. It was very flavorful and healthy at the same time. It was very easy to make and was a big hit with my family. I highly recommend this recipe!

I agree with Cheban. I thought the recipe was kind of bland. I would like to make it again and use more garlic and bacon. I also thought that leaving some of the bacon grease in the pan might give the sauce more flavor.

This was okay. I doubled the recipe and did not use the egg. I just didn't think the cooking time was long enough to sufficiently cook the egg. It seemed bland to me. If I make it again, I will add some more garlic and onion.

I made this for dinner & enjoyed it. It was an easy, healthy 2 pot/pan meal. The recipe said to cook the bacon & garlic & put aside. It never made reference to these ingredients again. I assume you add it in at the end. All's well that ends well.
