From Betty's Soul Food Collection... Hamburger Helper jumpstarts casserole-making. A touch of this and that make this one a winner.

My husband is a picky eater and don't like alot of things but he liked this recipe and told me to make it again when we have all the ingredients and my 14 1/2 month old daughter liked it also.

It was ok. Not an exciting recipe. If you want to be creative with the hamburger helper it would be ok with that. I work at a grocery store the ketchup and brown sugar is a differnt sauce than bbq sauce we usually put it on our meatloaf for a sweet and tangy sauce.

All other reviews mention BBQ sauce. I don't see BBQ sauce in the recipe, only brown sugar and ketchup. Am I missing something? Just curious;)

We really liked this! However, next time, I'll add more sliced/diced veggies like carrots, mushrooms, etc. I had some odd bbq sauces that will probably find their ways into this dish. I'd like to take it to pot lucks, etc.

My husband and I both liked it but the kids did not. I thought it had great flavor and it was easy to make. I will make again when the kids are not home.

It was a little sweet for my family but I made it again omitting the brown sugar and cutting the bbq sauce in half and we loved it.

My husband loved this "cobbler". I found the dough doesn''t stay hovering on top as the picture entales, but it sinks in and forms a cobbler! It was great! We liked the way the bbq sause & brown sugar gave the taste an ordinary beef cobbler a real kick! Thanks Betty!
