This was a big hit at my house. Very easy with a lot of flavor. It is always nice to find a quick and inexpensive meal that utilizes things we have in our pantry day to day. My husband loved it.

I didn't care much for this recipe, however, my son really liked it. It was super easy and quick. I will make it again but will use less noodles, add more beans and add a little more spices to it.

For a recipe that was so simple to make, this tasted delicious! I was worried at first; thinking it may be bland and boring, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only is it very tasty, but healthy, too. I took the suggestion and added a small dollup of sour cream and fresh cilantro to this dish. Served it with some garlic cheese bread, and yumo! I will definitely keep this one handy.
