Feeding a crowd? Try an easy ground beef sandwich with just five ingredients.

Ingredients

pounds ground beef
2
envelopes (1.25 ounces each) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
2
cups Original Bisquick™ mix
2/3
cup cold water
2
cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 450º. Spray bottom and sides of jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with cooking spray. Cook beef and seasoning mix as directed on envelope of seasoning mix.
  • 2 Stir Bisquick mix and water until soft dough forms; spread in pan. Spread beef mixture over dough.
  • 3 Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Expert Tips

Stir two 15.25-ounce cans of drained whole kernel corn into the cooked beef mixture before spreading it in the pan.

Make a taco buffet--set out colorful bowls filled with shredded cheese, guacamole, chopped tomatoes, torn lettuce, sliced ripe olives, sour cream and salsa.
