cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese (4 oz)

cup Caesar dressing
  1. In large bowl, gently toss lettuce, croutons and 3/4 cup of the cheese to mix.
  2. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Serve immediately; if desired, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
