A quick and easy batter becomes a batch of golden brown “dippers” that are heavenly when served with warm marinara sauce.

This was a great recipe. Easy to make and a fan favorite. After reading some of the previous reviews I started with the double batch and also added garlic, italian seasoning, asiago, and romano to the batter. It was awesome!!!

Very good for how easy they are to make. I made them beforehand for a potluck and reheated right before and they still tasted great and fresh. Will definitely try adding garlic powder or some other sort of seasoning next time.

When do you add the Parmesan? Do you bake it in, or add while still hot from the oven?

My family loves these puffs! Even my 22 month old and he doesn't like anything! So easy to make and so delicious with homemade marinara sauce. I followed the recipe exactly the first time I made them and they were delicious, but the second time, I added garlic salt and parsley and wow.....so yummy. They take no time at all to make. Can't wait to try them with other cheeses!!

Recipe is good. My husband is not a fan of Parmesan, so he said they did not have much flavor other than that (hence the name). At 15 minutes my batch burned on the bottom, so just be careful of that.

My family really likes these! I prefer them with a drop or so of butter flavor and some garlic powder added. Very easy and tasty! Thanks, Betty! :-)

Turned out great! We doubled the recipe and added Italian seasoning and garlic salt. We reheated the left over puffs in the oven the next day and they were STILL yummy!

Eh. They were very "eh". Definitely easy to make and a nice last-minute appetizer, but nothing to write home about. I am willing to try some of the modifications that others suggest - perhaps that will help bump these up to a 4-spoon rating in my book.
