Tasty & Easy!! I made this originally as my husband loves mustard but now its an easy stand-by. I want to try it with dill in the bread crumbs - seems like it'd be a great compliment to the mustard.

Super yummy!!!! Pretty easy to make. I have made this before with smaller chunks of chicken and it was a hassle to get all the pieces coated. Using bigger pieces makes it way easier to make. The chicken comes out super tender and juicy and it is good reheated also. My family loves it!!!

I made this tonight. The picture looks like it turns out crspy. Mine was anything but crispy! I followed the recipe except I put parchment paper in the pan. Can that affect the "crispiness" of the chicken? The taste was ok but it didn't look at all like the picture. At this point I wouldn't make it again.

Made this two nights ago and it was wonderful and easy!! Full of flavor and kept the chicken moist. I had left overs I brought for lunch the next day and it was still great. Will definitely be making this again and passing it on to others! Thank you!
