I love apple butter... but have never had Pumpkin Butter! Thanks for the link to both recepis!! I read your thoughts that both were great? Did you have a favorite? I looks like maybe your pictures show the cooked version?

I found recipe a year ago but thought I would make the cake today Dec 1st for my daughter Ava's 11th birthday! It's darling! However, next time what I would recommend would be to freeze the cake before hand so that it would be smoother for frosting the cake for perfection. Love it and she will be surprised when she sees her cake. Love your website and all the recipes that Betty Crocker provides, it's fantastic for everyone. Happy Holidays, Jacqueline G. Logan

I just made this cake for a little girl and it turned out quite well. I've never thought I could do something like but it was simple and the directions were a great help. Some things I couldn't find since we are a military family living in Japan but even here I made it work.
