This is awesome!! I was looking for a pancake recipe for two and kept finding ones that required flour. I don't have any flour, just Bisquick, and the recipe on the box is for 14 pancakes. I don't need that many pancakes. This recipe needs to be on the box too.

This is a Great recipe, I have been using it for years. I used to just cut the recipe on the box in half, but this is the same. I will say that I don't use a ladle for less mess, I use a measuring cup with a lip. Very easy.

very good and simple recipe, like I like them to be.It made 6 large pancakes, I sprayed lemon juie on each one,I used 1% milk, and I added a little more to the recipe, so that it was less thick.I also added a drop of oil to the mixture, if you do so there is no need to oil your pan. I recommend this highlyCecy
