Cups Whole Almonds

Small diced red chili pepper, seeded and finely diced OR substitute 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Teaspoon Coriander seeds, crushed

Teaspoon Sugar
1/4
Teaspoon Kosher salt
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add almonds. Cook and stir until roasted and fragrant.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature.
