Pad Thai is Thailand’s most well known noodle dish, which you'll find on almost all Thai restaurant menus in America. A trip down the Asian-foods aisle in the supermarket should lead you to its traditional ingredients, such as rice noodles and fish sauce.

EXCELLENT! I used fresh shrimp, and i used only about a cup of sprouts, i wasn't sure if my husband would like a bunch of them. It seriously tasted like my favorite Thai restaurant, AND the ingredients were really easy to find. Quick tip, if you can't find fish sauce you can substitute with anchovie paste and lime juice.

I made Pad Thai over the weekend for a small get together (http://imunchie.com/food-art/munchies/pad-thai) and didn't know shrimp was a common addition to it. I will definitely be prepared for next time!

My husband and I recently discovered pad Thai, and I am in love! This recipe is so good! Very spicy if you add all the cayenne pepper (I like it that way) I shared it with a friend who was equally impressed. Easy to follow instruction and if you do prep work first it will go very fast. Also I used the fish sauce and there was no fishy taste at all. Try it!!!

husband and I love to eat this. It takes a little work, but well worth it! We also make this with chicken instead of shrimp...just cook the chicken with some red pepper and toss it in when you would normally add the shrimp also, skip the cilantro...it's not necessary

Had guests over for dinner so I did all the prep work earlier, when it came time to cook, it went really fast. The meal was GREAT! It has a great flavor. this was my first try at any dish like this and it went well. Will definately make this one again.
