When you want the height of flavor but don't want to fool with a whole bird, roast a turkey breast. Basted with a thyme, butter and wine sauce, this one's moist and full of flavor.

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving this year. I bought a 7 pound turkey breast, but it still only took a little over 2-1/2 hours total to cook. This was the most moist turkey I have ever made! I used some of the drippings along with McCormick's turkey gravy packets (and some water) and the gravy was delicious too! This recipe is definitely a keeper!

So easy, and very tasty! This was my first attempt at cooking turkey ever, and it was a huge success.

This is like Thanksgiving potpourri! It makes your whole house smell fantastic. Juicy and delicious. Just right if you don't need to cook for a crowd. Highly recommend and the leftovers (if you have any) make great sandwiches.

I used this for Thanksgiving last year and the turkey was a huge success. Everyone has requested I use this again this year. Our only complaint was, there wasn't enough drippings to make a good gravy and, as I used apple juice, the sugar in the juice burned a bit so the gravy we were able to make tasted burnt. But the turkey was so moist and flavorful.

Love this recipe, turkey turned out great! Great flavor, just what I was looking for but didn't know it...if that makes sense. Even my mother liked it -- ha ha. I don't like thyme & left it out. I used apple cider because I didn't have wine.

I'll never go back to a full turkey again - this recipe was PERFECT! The basting seemed strong at first but while cooking it did mellow out. Moist, tender turkey resulted!

Awesome easy, tasty, economical recipe. I used apple juice instead of white wine and the flavor was great. I do this recipe 2X a month and have the best ever turkey sandwiches for lunch.

Really easy recipe! The basting sauce is heavenly and makes the meat taste delicious. What I loved about this recipe was that all the ingredients for the basting sauce were normal items that a cook would have in her cabinet. Add that to the cooking time not being an entire day and have a healthy, yummy meal in time for a Sunday dinner. I'm seriously considering using this recipe for my next Thanksgiving or even Easter Sunday Dinner! Very fast and delicious!
