Make chicken the easy way by baking instead of frying. Ranch dressing is the secret to its great flavor.

Very excellent recipe!!! Nice crunch to the outside and moist/juicy chicken. One thing I did different, cooked them on parchment paper on a cookie sheet - did not stick & very easy cleanup !!!

I made these last night and we thought they were awesome. Easy recipe, crunchy outside, moist inside, no messy pan to clean, our only gripe was that the ranch flavor was very mild and they stuck to the foil once they started to cool. So my changes for next time would be to add additional ranch dressing mix and to remove them from the foil right after they come out of the oven.

This is amaaazing but I added a few squirts of franks original hot sauce to the water and egg part.(I add franks to things all the time!) This added just a kick of spice. My boyfriend's friend said it was the best chicken he has ever had and I have to agree it was quite moist!!!! Yum yum yummy.

Excellent and easy, the only problem I had was with the drumsticks sticking to the foil, even though I'd sprayed it liberally with cooking spray. They turned out moist and tender on the inside. I would definitely make it again.

TO: MOMOFPICKYKIDS: I haven't made this yet, so cannot rate it. But, this note is to the lady that said she left out the rosemary (Momwithpickykids). You said in your review, that you left the rosemary out of the recipe. Well, I went back and looked again at the recipe, and found that there was NO rosemary listed as one of the ingredients. The recipe sounds good though, and I'm going to make it, if I can find the dried pkg. of the Ranch Dressing Seasoning. If not, I'll just roll it in the liquid Ranch salad dressing before breading it. Just curious about the "rosemary" though.
