Oven Fried Potato Dipped Chicken

box (10 oz ) Betty Crocker® Ultimate Cheddar mashed potatoes
cup plain low-fat yogurt
boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
cup butter, melted
Water, butter and milk called for on potatoes box for making one pouch
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. In shallow dish, empty 1 pouch Potatoes. Place yogurt in another shallow dish. Coat chicken with yogurt; coat with dry potatoes. Place chicken in pan; drizzle with melted butter.
  3. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown and juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (at least 165°F).
  4. Meanwhile, make remaining pouch of Potatoes as directed on box, using water, butter, milk and remaining pouch Cheese Sauce. Squeeze reserved Cheese Pouch over baked chicken. Serve chicken with mashed potatoes.
