Make the crispiest chicken fingers you'll ever make using panko bread crumbs. They'll be ready in only 30 minutes!

These were great! Even my 10 yo grandson gave them his stamp of approval! I took some of the others' advice and added a little more seasoning. Crispy, crunchy on the outside -- tender on the inside.

I made this for the family last night but added a little seasoned salt (Tastefully Simple) to the panko mixture and used organic chicken. It came out crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The family LOVED it and it's going in my recipe box!

This recipe came out so crunchy and chicken was very juicy but i would have to agree with other reviews that it lacked in flavor. So next time i'll kno to put in a little more seasoning. But great recipe other than that.

I tried this recipe for the first time today. It was excellent in texture for the coating and the chicken was very juicy and done perfectly. However, it lacked the flavour I thought it might have. Perhaps additional spices might be suggested by the designer of this recipe. Was quite bland in flavour. I will add some spices next time and write my results for you.

its great that the calories are posted. However, they never tell you the portion size.

While good, I like to add a variety of different spices to make the chicken less bland. I also used breasts instead of the preformed frozen ones. This recipe works REALLY well on any type of fish filet (omit the cheese). The Chinese have been using Panko for centuries and it is so easy to make your own.

Good recipe, the crust was crispy...I did use the expert tip and drizzle a couple of tablespoons of melted butter over the breaded chicken prior to baking. The crust however, needed more flavor. I did add about a teaspoon of paprika and two teaspoons of garlic salt, but it wasn't enough. I will make this again, but next time I will use more seasonings.

This recipe is TDF! I used boneless, skinless breasts instead of tenders. As a southerner I consider myself a fried chicken expert and this makes me want to retire my deep fryer!LOL My grandmother just turned over because this is my new fried chicken recipe!

This was a great idea. I took this recipe as a base. I sliced a chicken breast instead of pre-sliced tenders. I added only 2 tbs of four to the panko. I used milk in with the egg instead of water. I also added salt, cayenne pepper, cumin, and a bit of season salt. I like spicy food, so the pepper was necessary. I was shocked at how good this tasted. great idea and thanks for the recipe!

Fantastic!!! Easy to prep and clean up. I used pre-cut Perdue chicken tenders I had in the freezer. I then flattened them with a mallet prior to coating with flour, egg, and Italian panko breadcrumbs/parm cheese. Could use a little more flavor; def need to use Italian panko breadcrumbs. I also baked for 11 minutes on each side for a total of 22 minutes. Juicy and crunchy!! Served with a baked potato and steamed veggies. No need to ever fry again.
