This recipe was one of the best! The picture gives it no justice. I substituted the cooking spray for Parkay spray butter and it was delicious! I also liked the barbecue honey sauce. My husband was amazed :) Im not a big fan of oven fried chicken or fried chick at all and I couldnt get enough of this. You couldnt even tell it was oven fried Its a keeper for me

THe oven fried chicken is delicious with some rice andpeas with pototoes salad topping it off with some cool sorrel serve with crush ice.It fantastic you should try it some time.
