I've made a zillion different oven fried chicken recipes, but now I can stop experimenting as I've found the winner! This was super! It really was crispy and juicy, and the whole family enjoyed it!

I made this tonight as I have been craving fried chicken or chicken fingers since being diagnosed with Celiacs. This was AMAZING!! The only change I made was I omitted the seasoning salt. Will definitely be making this again!! Delicious!!

A family favorite. So easy my teenagers make it and is a favorite of everyone. The whole family loves it and asks for it even though I am the only celiac.

wow! cannot believe how good this was. i steer away from oven baked chicken because it never seems quite right. however, this was delicious!!! the butter in the bottom of the pan made for a delectable crust. could not stop eating it!!!

New to a gluten free diet myself & wanting to cook satisfying meals for the hubby too...who loves fried chicken!! Well I found this "oven-baked chicken" recipe made with gluten free bisquick & made it that same night. It was a huge success!! Hubby & I both loved it!! Now I think I'll use the same recipe for Mahi Mahi & hope it's as delicious.

I had to use 4 eggs instead of the two the recipe called for and I added another cup of Gluten free Bisquick. Maybe I had an unusually large chicken. The flavor was great!
