This citrus fruit smoothie is easy to make - in just 10 minutes!
cups calcium-fortified orange juice
cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
ripe banana, frozen and cut into chunks
tablespoons vanilla-protein powder or 1/4 cup orange yogurt
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30
seconds or until smooth.
Pour mixture into glasses.
