Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced, or 1 peach, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 30 small or 10 large ice cubes (about 1 cup small)
  • 1/4 cup sugar, if desired

Steps

    Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
