Total Time

cup orange marmalade
tablespoon white wine vinegar
teaspoon ground ginger
clove garlic, finely chopped
lb boneless beef sirloin steak (about 1 inch thick), fat removed, cut into 1-inch cubes

tip for two
Marinating makes for great flavor and tenderness, but it takes a little time and planning. If you marinate the beef before you leave in the morning, the kabobs will be ready to cook when you return home, a good use of time.
