LOVE,LOVE, LOVE this recipe. It was a big hit with my husband and daughter! The rice was amazing, I added a little seasoning to the chicken to give it more flavor! But besides that, this recipe was great! I will definitly be making this often! Super easy and super delish!

This recipe was ok, but didn't have a great deal of flavor. I doubled the ginger and orange zest and still didn't taste it much on the chicken. Doubt I will make this again.

This was the best chicken I have ever cooked or tasted. It was overall easy to make----grating the orange peel was difficult. My whole family loves it and I have to cook it at least once a week for them. All i have to say "orange chicken" and they come running to the table. The rice is to die for....

Whole family liked this one but it needs a sauce. So I used 1/2C. water, 2T. Cornstarch, 1/2C. sugar, 1C. OJ, 1/2tsp salt. Very good on rice. I also doubled orange zest in coating. It really brought out the ginger. Will definitely make often.

Good recipe, I used 1-1/3 cup chicken broth and 2/3 cup water, otherwise rice is too salty. Next time I'd add 3 heaping tablespoons of orange marmalade in rice and 2-1/2 tsp. orange zest and 1 tsp. ground ginger in Bisquick mix for more flavor to fried chicken. Will make this recipe again. Husband loved it too!

I used Brown rice and asian red rice(need our whole grains) not the white rice. Grated fresh ginger made the dish pop. This is very tasty and I'll make it again.

This dish was _so_ good!! I had serious doubts but decided to try it anyway and was very pleased with the result =). I can't wait to make it again! Btw, I forgot to include the almonds but was still delicious.

You dont need orange marmalade for this recipe. I deglazed the pan with the juice of the orange I used for the zest and added a pat of butter to finish the sauce. Then I just poured the orange juice sauce over the hot rice. it was delicious but needed a little salt. My kids (12 &16) would not eat the rice because they didnt like the almonds but everyone loved the chicken.
