There's no waiting in line for these crisp orange-almond cookies. Put on a pot of coffee, and enjoy that same coffee-shop taste at home!

Oh my...this may have been the worst biscotti I have ever made. No taste and very dry.

The zest from my oranges was very wet for some reason, so I think my dough might have had a tad too much liquid. When I did the toothpick test it came out clean, but in hindsight I think it could have used a little more time in the oven the first time. Regardless, the flavor is AMAZING. I also leave off the chocolate--they don't need it!

I love these. I have made them for Christmas gifts for the past few years and I will this year too! My favorite, the only thing i do different is leave out the chocolate. Try these, they are easy and sturdy, the wont break or crumble when you put them on a cookie tray. mmm mmm mmmm!!!!!!!!!

I had to add some water to the recipe for a better dough consistency, but otherwise it was a very good recipe! Definitely will be made again.

When you bake these cookies the second time around, they come out a bit nicer if you bake them 8 min. on one side and then flip them and bake for another 8 min. instead of doing just 15 min. at once.

This is the best basic biscotti recipe I have tried. You can do many variations that taste just as good such as substituting lemon peel for the orange, using toasted pecans instead of almonds, adding 2 tsp. vanilla, or adding cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in place of the citrus peel. I also like to dip the long sides in melted chocolate and enjoy them with a hot cup of tea.

This biscotti recipe has excellent flavor and is so easy to make. I thought mine were a little dense compared to boughten ones, so I might add more liquid next time. I melted chocolate on top of them which made them a wonderful morning treat. I will definitely use this recipe again!

This recipe is fantastic! I made these as gifts for Christmas last year and everyone loved them. They are much easier to make that I would have thought. I will totally make these again this holiday season. Yum yum!!!

I have tried these biscotti and they are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who likes the crispness. They are expecially good paired with a fresh cup of coffee. Some people think it is a lot of trouble, but they sure are a lot cheaper than when you buy them one at a time in the coffee shop!!!
