1/4 cup mayo for 8 eggs? Sounds like it would be very dry. I'd double the mayo.

I love the idea of this recipe, since egg salad sandwiches go over big at my home. However, the Betty Crocker expert recipe creators should definitely consider the amount of fat contained in the recipes. With 28 gm of fat in this tasty recipe, we will probably not have it very often.
