I made these for supper and wow, they were super. I am 75 and always looking for something new. I have a friend who is an extremely fussy eater and even he enjoyed them. These are a must in my recipe book.

Tastes delicious! Just made this for me and my boyfriend as a late night snack and omgggg, I love it! I followed the entire recipe and of course added maple butter syrup to add even more flavor, two thumbs up!

YUMMY!!! If you like pancakes and especially smores you and your family with love these. I made these for my niece when she came for a sleepover and they were a big hit. I put them on the plate and they looked exactly like the picture. My kids jaws dropped. They couldn't believe their eyes. This is definately a special occasion recipe.

I modified the recipe by putting the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips right in the batter. They were very good and gooey. I'd make them again even though they're much richer and more calories than I usually have for breakfast. A great weekend treat.

Much too sweet even for my 12 year old sugar lover. I've been making what I call "Surprise Smores-Pancakes" for quite some time: After putting the batter on the griddle, drop 3-4 mini-marshmallows in the center (chips are already in the batter) along with about 1/2 teas. of graham cracker crumbs. Quickly cover just that middle part with more batter. That way the marshmallows won't burn/stick when flipped over. The marshmallows are hidden, hence the "surprise" when eaten.

My son adored this recipe and so did I. I left off the top pancake though as the serving just seemed to big to me with two pancakes.
