Ingredients

5: cups Green Giant® SELECT® frozen broccoli florets, thawed

2: cups diced cooked turkey

1: can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1/2: cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/2: cup milk

1: cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

1: cup French-fried onions (from 2.8-oz can), coarsely crushed

Directions

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2 Layer broccoli and turkey in baking dish. In medium bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise and milk; stir in cheese. Spread over turkey and broccoli.
3 Cover baking dish with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with onions. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes longer or until bubbly and broccoli is tender.

I made this last night and it was delicious and very easy dish to make. I added Mozz.cheese(half and half) because I ran out of chedder cheese and it turned out perfect. I use left over KFC chicken. MMMMM will make this again. Thanks Betty Crocker you rock!!!

This is a delicious easy dish with leftover turkey. I also added a can of mushrooms to the casserole with the turkey & veggies. It can be made with other veggie choices. I would recommend making sure your broccoli is thawed & dried to prevent extra liquid in the completed dish.

I made this tonight, and my husband and I both loved it. The 8x8 inch dish sounded wrong to me. I placed it in a corningware casserole (11x9 or so). It came out absolutely perfect. I precooked my broccoli because we do not like el dante' firmness. Superb served over instant rice. We have enough left for another fantastic meal. Thanks Betty Crocker.
