Expert Tips

High in calcium; low fiber

Food FOR thought If foods taste bland to you and you need a flavor boost, this snack made with garlic and onions just may do the trick. If you're not fond of the flavor of rosemary, substitute fresh or dried basil in its place.

"Remembering the myth about garlic warding off vampires and evil spirits, I igured I had nothing to lose by adding garlic to my diet to ward off the cancer! It made me chuckle when I decided to call in all the help I could get to fight the cancerùeven garlic!" ùCATHERINE H.
