Great quick recipe! As I am eating the leftovers for lunch, about one hundred ideas came into my head to change this up. Use ground beef, different noodles, frozen veggies, part alfredo sauce, etc.

This is an awesome recipe and so easy to have all the ingredients at hand. I always have spaghetti sauce and pasta in my pantry. Lately I have beem keeping frozen meatballs on hand too! Keep those recipes coming!!

This tasted good and was quick and easy to make. I took the suggestion of a couple other reviewers and cooked the macaroni before adding it to the sauce. I also added garlic and onion. The only thing I might do different next time is to just use ground beef in place of the frozen meatballs.

I had to adjust this recipe. First I had to double to feed more than 4. Then when I put it all together and started cooking the pasta soaked up all the moisture and so I had to add more water. I was afraid that I added too much water but after cooking it a little more the sauce was consistancy was fine. It was good but very rich.

This wasn't bad, but it reminded me a little of school cafeteria food (not in a good way). It's not good enough to be a "keeper" for us.

This was excellent! I used a different brand of sauce, but it worked well. I also added sliced fresh mushrooms. Next time I plan on adding fresh zucchini and adding a bit more seasoning. The leftovers were great also.

Good and very easy. I use the vegatarian meatless meatballs and it is great. I also sometimes add canned mushrooms or sliced olives.
