Cups Toasted Walnuts

Tbsp Sugar

Tsp Salt

Cup Softened butter

Tbsp Orange Juice

Cups All-Purpose Flour

Tsp Baking Powder

Tsp Baking Soda
3/4
Cups Sugar

` Eggs
1/3
Cup Orange Juice
1/3
Cup Milk
1
Tbsp Cooking Oil

  • 1 ~~PREHEAT OVEN TO 325degrees~~ ~~Line muffin tin w/ liners~~
  • 2 Grind nuts in a food processor(fine) with 2 Tbsp sugar & 1/8 Tsp salt. Add 1Tbsp orange juice; process until well combined. Shape mixture into 12 balls, set aside remaining.
  • 3 Combine flour, baking powder/soda, & salt. Set aside. Beat butter for 30 seconds, beat in eggs, orange juice,oil, & milk. Beat in eggs , orange juice milk, & oil untill well combined. Gradually add flour mixture; beat until just combined.
  • 4 Spoon 1/2 of the batter into the liners top with walnut balls, & remaining batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.
  • 5 ~~ FROSTING ~ Beat 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/4 cup whipping cream, & 1/2 Tsp Shredded orange peel until combined. Beat in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
