  1. Dice the mushroom, hotdog, cucumber, and carrot.
  2. Cut the white end of the Green Onion into 6 thin pieces and do the same to the green end. Save the green onion for another recipe.
  3. Whisk all of the ingredients into 1 mixing bowl.
  4. Flick warm water onto the frying pan, and then spread it with butter everywhere.
  5. Turn the stove onto High and wait for the butter to start foaming. (Should take about 1 minute).
  6. After it is done melting, pour everything into a mixing bowl into the pan. Wait a few seconds for it to cook at the bottom.
  7. Start pushing the cooked eggs on the side inwards so the raw eggs and ingredients on top can move to the bottom and cook.
  8. Keep doing that until everything is nice and yellow/white. You do not want to burn it or have it undercooked.
  9. Use a spatula to move onto a plate. You can eat it with bread, Jasmine Rice, or just plain. Served hot.
