I've made these for years and love them! You can also use the sausage cheese ball receipe and put the olives in the middle.... YUM! I'm making them with the sausage and olives for a gathering we're going to for Thanksgiving.

These olive balls were amazing.. I made them for a holiday when I invited family over, they were all gone and they wanted more. Just when you mix the dough I find that butter works better and little more then 1/2 cup is better because it keeps the dough soft and easier to mold around the olive.

I love this recipe! My mom made these when I was little and they are just great. I like to make them ahead and freeze them. That way I can just pull them out and put them right in the oven when I need them.
