I made this tonight for the first time and it was very good. Had a home cooking taste without a lot of work. I could not find the frozen stew vegetables at Super Walmart, but did find them at the Albertson's across the street. It was their store brand. Potatoes and carrots were pretty large, so just cut them up more after it had finished cooking.

This is always awesome and gets eaten up pretty quickly. The first time I made it my fiance said it was like something his grandmother used to make. I shop at a Wal-Mart super center and they always carry the frozen veggies for this. :) Super easy to just throw everything in and leave in the oven.

This is delicious stuff! The hardest part is finding the frozen stew vegetables. When I do run across them I buy several bags to use later. This is something I make quite often in the colder months. Yummy!
