Fill your cookie jar with a classic drop cookie that's doubly satisfying. Chocolate lovers will love the chips, and whole-grain seekers will appreciate the natural oats.

These are fantastic and my family devours them faster than I can bake them! I add a heaping tablespoon of ground flax seed to give the cookies a bit more nutrition. It doesn't change the delicious, chewy texture and I feel like I'm a kitchen ninja; sneaking some omega 3 into my snacks! ;)

I love this recipe just the way it is! But, what I love more is that it is a great cookie base. You can sub out either the chocolate chips or nuts (or both) for other add-in ingredients. One of our favorites is to add 3/4 cup of Reese's Pieces instead of 1 cup of nuts! Yum! Pecans and Walnuts have worked really well as the nuts we've used, but I am sure any would be great. I'd really like to try pistachios. If you have, let me know how it turned out!

Great recipe. Exchanged nuts with dried cherries, kids love them. Will do this again for sure. Only wish I had almond extract on hand to use in place of the vanilla...next time.

These are delicious. I have recomended these to all my friends. It's quick, easy and they last a whole week. Much better than buying biscuits from the shop that are full of rubbish. I worked out the cups in grams and use 300g of sugar and 225g butter and they were fine.

HANDS DOWN, the best oatmeal-chocolate chip cookie recipe I've ever made. (Sorry Quaker Man!) Nutty, chocolatey and oat-y delicious. I froze half the dough for use later--really appreciate the tip!

These are great! The only changes I made were using 1 teaspoon of double strength vanilla and adding 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. (Since I like cinnamon with my oatmeal and chocolate.)

I made these cookies at the holidays but decreased the sugar and also switched the all purpose flour to 1 cup pinto bean flour and 1/2 whole wheat. They were very tasty!
