EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Dipping the 2-inch cutter into Bisquick mix means you’ll have less of a mess on your hands when you’re done!

To make drop biscuits: After beating, drop dough by 12 spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake as directed.

Count to ten; kneading biscuit dough too much can make biscuits tough.

I was very pleased with these lovely biscuits! THey went together in literally 2 minutes and baked perfectly in 8. They had a great flavor, too. I'd definately recommend these!

I made these with heart-smart and rice milk and they turned out ok. They are very easy to make and browned evenly in exactly 8 minutes as suggested. They were soft and looked great, but seemed to be missing something in terms of flavor. I served them for breakfast with strawberry jam.Next time I''ll try regular bisquik and real milk.
