cup butter or margarine, softened

drops yellow food color, if desired

pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® walnut chocolate chip cookie mix

tablespoons ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal

cup roasted salted sunflower nuts
1/2
cup sliced almonds
1/2
cup shredded coconut
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, mix butter, eggs and food color. Stir in cookie mix until soft dough forms. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
