This was very easy to make, ready in minutes, and even more, it got a great response this past Thanksgiving! I used bouillon cubes instead of the granules the recipe recommends but I'm sure it didn't make a huge difference. Also, instead of substituting a whole cup of milk, I used only half a cup to satisfy the "creamy but not too creamy" request. The browning sauce is necessary to get it the color pictured but it does get a little darker the longer you cook it, just not that dark.
