Your oven stays off for this easy two-step pie. The result is a cool kitchen and a pie that explodes with fresh fruit!

This pie was great. I used sugarfree jello and splenda instead of sugar. Also I used blackberries instead of raspberries, because we had picked blackberries that day.

Could a fruit pie get any better-tasting or easier? I''ve made this pie several times to the delight of friends & guests. I find it fun to try varying flavors of gelatin and berry combinations. Orange gelatin with black & red raspberries has been a huge hit! Great recipe to experiment with. Every time you try a new flavor combination, you''re friends think it is a whole different pie!
