lb grape tomatoes

can peas

clove garlic

package pitas (optional)

bag shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

tsp pepper
  1. Slice grape tomatoes in half and add to a salad bowl.
  2. Open and add the can of peas to the tomatoes.
  3. Chop garlic finely and add to the salad mixture.
  4. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.You can eat as a salad or spoon mixture into a pita pocket or tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top!
