tbsp extra virgin olive oil

lb grape tomatoes

can peas
1
clove garlic
1
package pitas (optional)
1
bag shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

tsp salt
1
tsp pepper

  • 1 Slice grape tomatoes in half and add to a salad bowl.
  • 2 Open and add the can of peas to the tomatoes.
  • 3 Chop garlic finely and add to the salad mixture.
  • 4 Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.You can eat as a salad or spoon mixture into a pita pocket or tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top!
