My kids were weirded out by the thought there was eggs on it. I doubled the recipe but followed it exact. I had a good bit of grilled veggies left over, but that was ok by me. As strange as a combo it sounds, it was fabulous in taste. The kids picked off portions, but I loved it all combined, as well as my hubby.
