This is so close to the recipe I have used for several years now that I am going to rate it as if it were the same. If the only kind of cheesecake you have experienced is the graham cracker crust, two package variety, you owe it to yourself to try this. The best you'll ever taste, and really no harder. Velvety rich, big enough for a good crowd, tastes better the second day.
