What a family hit! My husband and 4-year-old son loved it. Made it as written the first time. Next time, will make two adjustments. First, crushed tomatoes instead of diced (husband hates chunks of tomato and picked every single one out). Next, will add 1 T. instead of 1 t. of taco seasoning. I thought it was just a little bit bland. May even add a dash of red pepper.

I make this all the time with some adjustments. I add about 3/4 cup velveeta, cubed to the soup and heat to melt. I also use Rotel tomatoes with green chilis instead of just diced tomatoes, black beans (drained) in place of corn, increase rice to 1 cup, and use the whole pkg of taco seasoning. My 10 year old grandson just loves this!! :)

OMG!!! Awesome!! However, I used more cheese and I could not find mexicorn so I just bought frozen corn and a bag of frozen green and red peppers, filled the diced tomato can with corn then half with the peppers and put it in. I never drained the tomatos due to no water with corn. I also served it with crushed chips over the tops! So easy and a must try!!! YUMMY!! =0)

This was good. I am going to try ground beef next time. My husband liked it. And it is hard sometimes to find things he likes. The ingredients were also easy to find, which is another thing I struggle with. He had two servings and I will be getting my second serving after this review. Hope this review helps.

I have made this recipe twice now. I love it. My family loves it. I did, however, make some alterations to the recipe. I used Rotel instead of tomatoes and green chiles. I added more cheese, and I also added jalapenos to it. It was awesome. The jalapenos and Rotel really give it that extra kick that was missing the first time I made it(followed the recipe exactly).I am making this right now for lunch. If you have never tried this, please make it, you won't be disappointed.

I made this as listed except I used canned shredded chicken, diced tomatoes with green chiles (so I left out the can of chiles) and I didn't put the tortilla chips on top. We thought it was good as a chip dip but I don't think it had enough substance for an entree. I will make this again as a chip dip.

This is a great dish and a must try! I would make this again and again and again. I did what they said to do and it was awesome but the only thing that I changed up on it was added a little more cheese then what it said. We love cheese in this house! But it was great and it is a must try and supper easy to make.
