This was sooo good!! Although it seemed to me like it might need a little something extra so I added taco seasoning to the hamburger and my boyfriend and I both loved it and it was soo easy to make!! He told me to make sure I keep this recipe for when we have kids and were busy and need a quick meal :)!!

i made this for dinner tonight and it was bland and i added onion red pepper while i was cooking the gound beef also i added one packet of taco seasoing. didnt need to add any water. if i make this again i will make some changes. and i will post the changes i make. p.s didnt add a whole can of corn only used 3 quaters of the corn.

When cooking the meat I add onion and bell peppers in the beginning to make them soft. When meat is cooked, drain grease and add taco seasoning, can of corn (drained) and about 1/3 cup water.. I eyeball just enough water to saturate meat.. simmer for about ten mins or the liquid has cooked out. I then add a can of refried beans and a can of Rotel ( or can of diced tomato and can of green chillies). Makes great burritos, tacos, and nachos!! It adds veggies with somewhat disguising them!!!
